How Does Payment Work?

When placing an order in our online store, you can select one of the payment methods available to you during checkout.

When you choose a bank payment, the payment is initiated through the secure Montonio payment infrastructure and the relevant bank environment.

In Lithuania, Montonio supports payments through major banks and financial institutions. The specific payment methods available for your order are always displayed during checkout.

Security of Your Payment Information

Modern security measures are used to protect online payments, including Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and, where applicable, 3-D Secure (3DS).

This means that payments are authenticated using the security methods required by your bank or payment service provider.

Javer / Flossy Eesti OÜ will never ask you to provide your online banking password, PIN codes or other confidential authentication credentials.

Bank login details and payment authentication information are entered within the secure environment of the relevant bank or payment service provider.

Payment Confirmation

After a successful payment, you will be redirected back to our online store and your order will be registered in our system.

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided when placing the order.

If your payment has been completed but you have not received an order confirmation, or if you are unsure about the status of your payment, please do not make the payment again. Contact us first so that we can check the order.
